Along with the six brigades represented at the previous meeting, the two Waterford brigades and the mid-Limerick brigade were represented. The Waterford No. 1 Brigade is represented by Commandant Paddy Paul; Waterford No. 2 by Commandant Pax Whelan and Vice-Commandant George Lennon and Mid-Limerick by Commandant Sean Wall. (Sean Wall was East Limerick O/C according to MacEoin in The Kerryman (1955), pg 17.) Liam Deasy represented Cork No. 3 as Charlie Hurley had been injured at Upton. Meeting is mainly concerned with prospective landing of arms at Squince Strand.
