Liam Lynch is
still Brigade Commandant; George Power (who was Brigade Adjutant) is made
Brigade Vice-Commandant (in place of Dan Hegarty who was arrested for Fermoy
attack on September 7th); Maurice Twomey (then Adjutant of Fermoy Battalion)
become Brigade Adjutant (in place of George Power) and Jeremiah Buckley become
Brigade QM (in place of Tom (Thomas) Barry, Glanworth,
who was made O/C of the 3rd Battalion).
(This is a different Tom Barry from the one who was to become O/C of the
Flying Column of the Cork (West) No. 3 Brigade.)
